How to reach us
Email hello@whitehavenbeachtour.com. We answer in English, usually within two working days.
We are a booking guide, not a tour operator, so we cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. That goes to the operator through the platform you booked on, whose contact details are on your confirmation. If you cannot find them, write to us and we will point you to the right place.
If your tour was cancelled or you missed it
A refund or a new date is the operator's to give. Your confirmation email carries their contact and your booking reference, which is the fastest route. Most tours listed here refund in full if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start; the ones with longer notice, or none, say so on their cards.
Weather is the other common cause. Boats may change their route or the end of the beach they visit, and flights can be cancelled when the wind is up. If you missed a pickup, say so in your complaint and give the time and the place you waited.
Corrections
If a fact here is wrong or out of date, tell us what and where. Departure points move, fares change and the park updates its notices, and the fastest fix is usually a reader who has just been. Every page carries the date it was last checked.

Where the official information is
Whitehaven Beach day-use area
Whitsunday Islands National Park, Whitsunday Island, Queensland. It has no street address: the park lies offshore, 25 km east of Airlie Beach. Open 24 hours a day, reached by boat, canoe or kayak.
Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service
The park's managers publish its access notices, walking tracks and camping permits on parks.qld.gov.au, and take enquiries through an online form there rather than by phone. Read the park alerts before you go.
