The set opens at Hill Inlet, the view the beach is known by. From the air, ribbons of
sand curl through turquoise water at low tide. From the lookout on Tongue Point, the same
swirl spreads out below a screen of hoop pines, with walkers at the rail.
Then the beach itself: its long white curve seen from the forest above, walkers at the
water's edge with a turtle resting beside them, and a helicopter parked on the sand. From a
scenic flight, Heart Reef shows its shape among the coral. In the water there are turtles
and snorkellers in stinger suits over the fringing reefs.
The set closes under sail and at sunset over the islands, and back where every day
starts, at the sign that welcomes you to Airlie Beach.
